SALON POLICIES Guarantee At Simply Beautiful, we guarantee that you will lose between 10 and 30 inches, according to your specific body type. This means that certain body compositions may not be able to make the expected inch loss and Simply Beautiful reserves the right to waive the guarantee if it pertains to the client. If the guarantee is unreachable, a wrap technician will notify you; however, the wrap will still work and your inch loss will suit your particular body. Situations where the guarantee may be waived other than body composition, include being removed from the wrap before the one hour session is over, requesting certain body parts not be wrapped, or being wrapped looser in certain areas. Again, a wrap technician will notify you if these situations apply to you. Refund Policy Upon purchase, all services – including body wraps, face taping, packages, etc. – are nonrefundable and non-transferable. All open products are non-refundable. Late Policy Due to the high demand of our services and our booking, we adhere to a 15- minute late policy. Unfortunately, if you are running more than 15 minutes past your appointment we may have to reschedule. Upon booking, we reserved that time especially for you and try to avoid conflicting with another patron’s personal time. |
