• Plan on 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours for your visit. If there is more than one person visiting, the time it will take will be the same.
• Do not wear lotion or oil the day of the body wrap.
• Do drink water so you aren't dehydrated. Just remember you won't be able to use the restroom for 1½ hours.
• Do plan to wear either a two-piece swim suit or panties and bra during the body wrap (Cotton underwear is preferred and a regular bra is preferable to a sports bra).
• Men, please plan to wear either colored underwear (preferably cotton), or white briefs with boxers. (Avoid wearing swimming trunks if possible)
• Have dry undergarments to wear afterwards.
